'Venera Ensemble' concert by the Antalya State Opera and Ballet
The Antalya State Opera and Ballet will meet art lovers with the 'Venera Ensemble' concert.
According to the statement made by the Antalya State Opera and Ballet, the program to be held at the Haşim İşcan Cultural Center will begin on Tuesday, February 27, at 20:00.
In the concert, where classical works from the West that have touched hearts for centuries will be performed alongside the unique folk songs of Anatolia, Antalya State Opera and Ballet artists soprano Bilge Yılmaz, mezzo-soprano Gülçin Gültekin and Medine Tuganova, violinists Nigina Skovdahl, Elvan Şekercioğlu, İlkay Candan, Angela Bivol, Nazlı Ezgi Zirek and Eda Berkin, violists Selcan Noyan, Selen Keser and Antalya State Symphony Orchestra artist Pınar İnan, cellists Veronika Yeliz Efe and Pelin Baysal Ateşok, double bassist Pelin Atay, flutist Dilan Oğuz, clarinetist Nilay Canca and harpist Senem Çine will take the stage.
Ballet dancers Müge Öğüt and Tolga Burçak will also appear before art lovers with their performances.
On the other hand, it was stated that the 'Venera Ensemble' takes its name from the planet Venus, which has inspired many artists throughout the ages, from Göbeklitepe to Ancient Greek culture, and from Mesopotamia to the Far East.
