13 people killed in Israeli raid on refugee camp
13 people, including 5 children, were killed in a raid by Israeli forces on the Nur Shams Refugee Camp in the West Bank.
The death toll from the raid carried out by Israeli police yesterday on the Nur Shams Refugee Camp near the city of Tulkarem in the West Bank continues to rise.
In a statement issued by the Palestinian Ministry of Health, it was reported that the number of those who lost their lives in the raid has risen to 13. It was emphasized that 5 of those who lost their lives were children. Local sources reported that Israeli forces withdrew from the refugee camp in the morning hours.
On the other hand, Israeli forces had raided the camp yesterday with military vehicles and bulldozers. Following the raid, clashes broke out between Palestinians and Israeli police. Israeli forces used live ammunition and kamikaze unmanned aerial vehicles (UAVs) against civilians.
