AKP presents 'terror-free Turkey' report to Erdoğan

Thereport prepared by the AKP within the scope of the work of the National Solidarity, Brotherhood and Democracy Commission established in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey waspresented to AKP ChairmanandPresidentErdoğan. and President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.

According to the informationobtained, the AKP has completed the report preparedwithin the scope of the work of the Commission established in line with the"Terror-Free Turkey" goal.

PRESENTED TO PRESIDENT ERDOĞAN

The report, consisting of approximately 15sections and 50-55 pages, was presented to President Erdoğan. Party officials, who receivedErdoğan's views, will submit the report to the Speaker of the Grand National Assembly of Turkey tomorrow.Thus,the political party groups represented in the commission

will havebeen informed.all of them will have submitted their reports to the commission.

WHAT HAD HAPPENED?

AKP Deputy Chairman and commission member Mustafa Şen stated that in the report prepared by the party, theterrorist organization PKK members'"return home"passed the legal framework envisioned forin the past days.He had explainedit.Şen,

in the event that the organization ends its existence,stated that membership in an organizationand related crimeswould be legally reconsidered, stating, "Membership in an organizationis a criis. However, if the organization dissolves itself, this crime ceases to exist. Once the organization disappears,the crime of aiding and abettingalsodrops,' he stated. Şen hadconvictedmembers of the organizationwould also have their sentences evaluated within the same scope.

"ONGOING CASES ARE ALSOINCLUDED"

Şen, emphasizing that all these regulations could be implemented under certain conditions, stated, "However, alall of thesewith a 5-year judicial supervision condition we propose," he used the expression.
