While Özlem Çerçioğlu's resignation from the CHP and subsequent move to the AKP continues to remain on the agenda, the expected attendance at events organized by the municipality in the city has failed to materialize.

Hakan Altun took the stage last night as part of the August 30 Victory Day celebrations. It was noted that the concert venue did not fill up.

According to allegations, municipal employees were required to attend the concert.

ALLEGATIONS OF MANDATORY ATTENDANCE

According to a report by ANKA, it was claimed that this instruction for municipal personnel was conveyed through messaging groups created for this purpose. Furthermore, it was alleged that buses were arranged to bring not only staff from the city center but also employees from surrounding districts to the concert.

NEW CONCERT ANNOUNCEMENT

Following yesterday's concert, the Aydın Metropolitan Municipality made a new event announcement. In the post, it was stated that "We continue to celebrate our August 30 Victory Day with enthusiasm," and that Ümit Besen and Pamela will take the stage this evening at the İncirliova Republic Square.
