The 5th High Criminal Court of Küçükçekmece continued the trial in which Alisya Bahar Candan faces up to 44 years in prison and Gülnihal Çiçek faces up to 24 years in prison on charges of fraud and membership in a criminal organization.

In her defense during the hearing, Bahar Candan categorically denied the allegations against her. Stating that the alleged transactions in her bank accounts did not occur, Candan said, "The allegations linking me to this incident are completely false. There are no victims in my circle, and I do not know the person named Kaan. I have no connection to the alleged fraud incidents. I make posts on social media, but I have no connection with the victims."

Candan stated that she is a scholarship student at a law school and earns money from social media, saying, "My sister and I going to prison has left my family in a difficult situation both financially and morally. I am going through a very bad period psychologically." She also added, "I have 1-2 million in my account, but I feel like a pauper. I have never been a taxpayer and I have never had a company."

The indictment stated that Bahar and Nihal Candan were part of the hierarchical structure of the criminal organization and that bank transactions were carried out by Onur Apaydın. Furthermore, the indictment requests that Bahar Candan be sentenced to 2 to 4 years in prison for 'membership in a criminal organization' and a total of up to 44 years in prison for 'fraud'.

For Nihal Candan, a prison sentence of 8 to 24 years is requested.
