CHP knew about the 'surprise' trustee appointment for Tekin 3 days in advance: Gürsel and his band of friends

CHP Group Deputy Chairman Gökhan Günaydın stated that he was told 3 days in advance that Gürsel Tekin would be appointed as a trustee.

Appearing as a guest on the live broadcast program titled 'What Are We Experiencing Here?' hosted by journalist Hilmi Hacaloğlu on his YouTube channel, Gökhan Günaydın explained that 3 days before the court's decision, he was told that Gürsel Tekin would be appointed as a trustee and that he had seen the list of trustees.

Gürsel Tekin, on the other hand, had stated "It was a surprise to me too" after being appointed as a trustee.

Stating that when this information was shared with him, he expressed that it should be taken seriously, Günaydın used the following expressions:

"The news that Gürsel Tekin would be appointed as a trustee came to me 3 days in advance.

I saw the petition, I saw the names in the petition. I do not know the names.

They said - I will tell you what was said - 'They have created a list of Gürsel Tekin and his band of friends,' those who told me this smiled.

I said, 'If this list has been submitted there, it should be taken a bit seriously.' Because these things don't happen for no reason. Indeed, 3 days later, this board of trustees was appointed."
