Scope of Class B driver's license may be expanded!

The fact that Class B driver's license holders can make their urban travel more practical and economical by using motorcycles up to 125 cc seems to have convinced authorities to accept additional provisions.

According to claims reported by Webtekno, with the new regulation, drivers holding a Class B license will be able to use A2 class motorcycles, provided they receive "practical steering training for motorcycles" from any driving school.

A2 CLASS MOTORCYCLE SPECIFICATIONS

With an A2 license, there is a limit of 35 kW for two-wheeled motorcycles and 15 kW for three-wheeled motorcycles. The power-to-weight ratio (kW/kg) of motorcycles that can be used in this license class must not exceed 0.2. On the other hand, there is no cylinder volume limit in this license category.
