48-year-old Obstetrician and Gynecologist Op. Dr. Özlem Gültekin lost her life on the morning of August 14 as a result of a heart attack she suffered in her clinic.
The tragic news about Gültekin, a mother of one who was known to be in the process of divorcing news anchor Erhan Çelik, was announced on her social media account.
Op. Dr. Özlem Gültekin's funeral was brought to the Hacı Mustafa Beşikçioğlu Mosque in Karşıyaka, İzmir.
Gültekin's funeral was laid to rest at the Örnekköy Cemetery following the funeral prayer held there after the afternoon prayer.
