The moment the tour bus involved in the traffic accident in Manisa, which resulted in 11 deaths and 27 injuries, departed from Bursa was captured on security cameras.
In the recordings taken before the accident, the tour bus with license plate 16 AED 124 is seen picking up passengers from a business in the Osmangazi district. According to the footage, the bus arrived at the location around 06:30 in the morning.
The camera recordings show the bus driver shaking hands with employees, and the bus departing at 06:31 after the passengers boarded.
The tour bus, which was traveling from Bursa toward İzmir, collided with a tow truck near the Akhisar Toll Booths on the Gebze-Orhangazi-İzmir Highway.
Upon notification, numerous health, fire, and police teams were dispatched to the scene. While 11 people lost their lives in the accident, 27 injured individuals were taken to hospitals after receiving initial treatment at the scene.
