He became a "doctor" with a fake diploma and confessed everything! Phenomenon doctor Volkan Uçak arrested

The Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office conducted an operation targeting individuals who imitated the electronic signatures of administrators in certain public institutions to gain unauthorized access to institutional systems and issue fake university graduation certificates and driver's licenses.

58 SUSPECTS APPREHENDED

58 suspects were apprehended in simultaneous operations across 16 provinces targeting individuals who gained unauthorized access to public institution systems for financial gain.

According to Ekol TV's report, in the second wave of the operation against those who created twin e-signatures to gain unauthorized access to public institution systems and issue fake diplomas and driver's licenses, 39 of the detained suspects were referred to court with a request for arrest, and 11 with a request for judicial control.

20 suspects were arrested by the court and sent to prison.

FAKE DOCTOR ALSO ARRESTED

Among those arrested is Volkan Uçak, known to the public as a "Doctor". It was determined that Uçak, who conducts hypnosis sessions and is known for high session fees, held fake undergraduate and master's degrees in Psychology from Ege University.

In his statement, Uçak confessed that he did not have undergraduate or master's degrees from Turkey, while claiming to have graduated from the University of Dublin.

DIPLOMA FOR MONEY

According to information obtained from the Council of Higher Education, it was determined that Uçak had no exam or diploma records, and that he had obtained a diploma from Ege University in exchange for money.
