Ministry announces brands of adulterated sucuk! Production with skin tissue: Withdrawn from sale

As the 'Foods Subject to Imitation or Adulteration' list on the Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry's website was updated as of April 25, it was revealed that the product with the most detected fraud in the latest additions is sausage.

The 8 fraudulent sausage brands offered for sale are as follows:

*Skin tissue, poultry meat, offal, and tongue meat were detected in AKÇATEKİR SUCUKLARI brand sausages produced by ADN ET ÜRÜNLERİ ÜRETİMİ LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ.

*Poultry meat and head meat were found in KUZEY GAZİ SUCUKLARI brand sausages produced by ÜRÜNVEREN SUCUKLARI.

*It was revealed that skin tissue and poultry meat were used in YAYLABEYİ brand sausages produced by TASF.HAL.YAYLABEYİ ET VE ET ÜRÜNLERİ HAYVANCILIK SANAYİ VE TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ.

*Poultry meat was found in sausages sold under the EREN TEKİN brand, produced by EREN YUMURTA GIDA TARIM HAYVANCILIK İNŞAAT NAKLİYAT OTOMOTİV AMBALAJ SANAYİ VE TİCARET LTD.ŞTİ.

*Poultry meat was detected in TEKİR YAYLASI brand sausages produced by EFEKÖY ET ÜRÜNLERİ-MEHMET BIRAKOĞLU.

*Mechanically separated poultry meat was detected in AFYON BOLAT SUCUKLARI brand sausages produced by ERTÜRK ET VE ET ÜRÜNLERİ GIDA VE GIDA KATKI MADDELERİ SANAYİ TİCARET LİMİTED ŞİRKETİ.
