Older brother Enes Güran declared 'you will all be shocked!' Courtroom erupts in chaos

The second hearing of the trial, initiated by the Diyarbakır Chief Public Prosecutor's Office regarding the murder of 8-year-old Narin Güran—whose body was found in the Eğertutmaz Stream on September 8, 19 days after she went missing on August 21 in the rural Tavşantepe neighborhood of the central Bağlar district—is ongoing.

In the hearing held at the Diyarbakır 8th High Criminal Court, Narin's mother Yüksel Güran, her uncle Salim Güran, her older brother Enes Güran, and their neighbor Nevzat Bahtiyar, who transported Narin's lifeless body to the stream where it was found, are being tried for 'intentional killing of a child in complicity', facing aggravated life imprisonment.

Narin's older brother, Enes Güran, also presented his defense during the hearing.

In his testimony in court, Enes Güran stated, "I was at home on the day of the incident; I do not deny it. People I don't know are searching for my sister. The gendarmerie asks me, they say 'Speak,' what should I speak about? Your Honor, I went to the hospital regarding the bruise on my eye.

The cameras don't show it well. My eye is not bruised; if they looked with cameras, it would be visible. But unfortunately, the camera doesn't show it well. Regarding the bite mark on my arm, I said, 'I bit it myself.' I did it on the 3rd day. Nevzat Bahtiyar became our murderer. They are very curious about the bite mark on my arm. When we look at the forensic report, it explains, explains, and explains. When it comes to the conclusion, it unfortunately says it could not be determined. What kind of report is this?
