Here is Ankaralı Turgut's final wish... His daughter revealed it
Ankaralı Turgut's daughter, Eylem Boran, shared what her father told her before he passed away.
Turgut Karataş (61), known as Ankaralı Turgut, who had been intubated a month ago due to lung cancer, passed away on December 15.
The folk singer, who was known to be in contact with only one of his 5 children and to have disowned the others, had previously explained his will in an interview: "I have no property or assets left in this world. I only have this saz (musical instrument). I would be happy if you put it in a museum in Ankara. This is my will to you."
Following his passing, Eylem Boran, the daughter who cared for Ankaralı Turgut, made a statement regarding her father's final wish. Boran claimed that Ankaralı Turgut told her, "Before I die, do not let my children hold my coffin, do not let my children into the grave, I will not forgive them."
"THEY HAVE BECOME A GANG"
Ankaralı Turgut, who only spoke with his daughter Eylem Boran, had previously stated that his other children—Haydar, Özlem, Hasret, and Ersoy—demanded the money collected for his treatment, saying, "They have been living off my money for 27 years; have they ever earned any money themselves? We are feeding sons-in-law with a father's money! Haydar, Özlem, Hasret, they are all the same... Ersoy is the most ungrateful of them all! They have become a gang. Have they ever earned or spent a single penny of halal money? They want to take the aid money collected for me by threatening me. Let everyone know that they are liars and slanderers."
