In the report submitted to the prosecutor's office on December 1, 2025, it was stated that Kızılay Çadır A.Ş. sold tents to the Ahbap Association and that this sale took place within the framework of a commercial contract. However, the report also included allegations that this transaction contradicted the Kızılay charter and the principles of public interest, and was contrary to the obligation to provide immediate and free aid during a disaster period.

LEGAL PROCESS CONTINUES

The report also stated that the legal dimension of the incident would be evaluated by the Ankara Chief Public Prosecutor's Office. It was noted that issues such as whether elements of a crime were formed and the scope of legal responsibility were left to the discretion of the prosecutor's office.
