Last day for YKS preferences: 23.59 warning to candidates from ÖSYM

The university preference process, which began following the Higher Education Institutions Examination (YKS) results, has reached its final day. The Assessment, Selection and Placement Center (ÖSYM) reminded candidates that they must complete their preference procedures by 23.59 today.

ÖSYM President Prof. Dr. Bayram Ali Ersoy warned candidates in a statement on his social media account not to leave their procedures until the last minute.

''Dear candidates, YKS preference procedures will end today as of 23.59; it is beneficial to perform your final checks. Please do not leave the confirmation process until the last minutes, and complete the preference process via the ÖSYM candidate transactions application. I wish for your preferences to be auspicious.''

Candidates must check and confirm their preferences via ÖSYM's Candidate Transactions System (AİS) or its mobile application. Once the deadline has passed, it will not be possible to perform preference procedures through the system.
