INVESTIGATION LAUNCHED

Minister of Justice Yılmaz Tunç stated that a criminal complaint had been filed against lawyer Buket Nurşah Tekışık and that an investigation had been launched into the prosecutor in question.

PROSECUTOR'S POST REASSIGNED

It was learned that a report was filed regarding the prosecutor and sent to the Council of Judges and Prosecutors for action, and that the prosecutor's place of duty has been changed.

Meanwhile, an investigation has also been launched against the lawyer by the Istanbul Bar Association.

Tekışık, who also drew attention with luxury vehicle videos circulating on social media, responded to the criticism directed at her for the first time.

Speaking to Odatv, the lawyer stated, "Those are my friends' vehicles; only the vehicle with the 'BKT' license plate is mine. Everything regarding that is invoiced, and it is even clear which dealership I bought it from. As for the other vehicles, their license plates are visible; you can also run license plate checks. They do not belong to me. They are just photos taken by my friends."
