Lawyer Hüseyin Kaya speaks to 12Punto: 'Dilan Polat's release is near'
The lawyer for Dilan Polat, who was arrested on charges including money laundering, establishing a criminal organization, and tax evasion, spoke to 12punto.

A new development has occurred in the Dilan Polat-Engin Polat case, which Turkey has been discussing for months.
The 4th Criminal Court of Peace decided to continue the detention of Dilan Polat, Engin Polat, Sezgin Polat, Ahmet Gün, and Alper Kürşat Polat.
It was decided that Dilan Polat's siblings, Sıla Doğu and Can Doğu, would be tried without arrest.
DILAN POLAT'S LAWYER HÜSEYIN KAYA SPEAKS TO 12PUNTO
Dilan Polat's lawyer Hüseyin Kaya spoke to 12punto regarding the release decisions.
Noting that 8 people were released in the case, Kaya said, "If there is a release for all of them, we can say that there will be a turning point in the case."
"HER RELEASE IS NEAR"
In response to the question, "Is Dilan Polat's release near?", Kaya gave the following answer:
"Dilan Polat's release is near. It means that once the reports are completed, she will be released. It will become clear in the coming days, before the judicial recess."

THE PROSECUTOR HAD ALSO REQUESTED "RELEASE" FOR DILAN POLAT
The investigation prosecutor had also requested that Dilan Polat be released.
However, the Criminal Court of Peace rejected the prosecutor's request for release, stating that the expected reports had not yet been prepared.
