Sharing a post on his social media account, Minister of Justice Akın Gürlek stated, "With an approach based on human dignity, we will continue our innovative penal execution policy, which strengthens social peace and prioritizes rehabilitation, with the same determination."
Minister of Justice Akın Gürlek made the following statement on his social media account:
"Under the leadership of our President, Mr. Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, we continue to strengthen our penal execution system with an approach that centers on the human being, is protective, rehabilitative, and aims to reintegrate individuals into society.
With the holistic rehabilitation model implemented in our penal institutions, we aim to support our convicts psychologically, socially, and professionally, and to reintegrate them into life as productive and responsible individuals who are free from crime.
Through multifaceted practices ranging from psychosocial support to vocational training, and from art and sports activities to spiritual guidance, we support the individual in building a healthy, sustainable, and socially compatible life.
