Saruhan Oluç's 'Demirtaş' reaction to YENİ Party's Murat Emir: He went to prison because of you

DEM Party MP Saruhan Oluç criticized the assessments made by YENİ Party Group Deputy Chairman Murat Emir regarding the release of Selahattin Demirtaş during the 'Framework Law' negotiations.

While YENİ Party Group Deputy Chairman Murat Emir was saying "he should have been free by now" regarding Selahattin Demirtaş in the commission over the 'Framework Law', DEM Party MP Saruhan Oluç reacted.

The following took place in the commission:

Murat Emir, addressing Feti Yıldız:

"Regarding the accusations brought up within the scope of the Kobani Case, will you accept it due to the terrorist crime in the Kobani case, or will you associate it with the murders related to it?

Because there is a contradictory situation there. We know that you are conducting a negotiation over Demirtaş. This needs to be explained here."

DEM Party MP Saruhan Oluç:

“Demirtaş is not your convenient tool. Do not build sentences over him.

He is our comrade. There is such a thing as shame. He went to prison because of you.

Because you said yes to the lifting of immunities.”
