Striking claim from AKP's Külünk regarding TFF President Büyükekşi: 'He is uncomfortable'
A striking claim has come from AKP member Metin Külünk regarding TFF President Büyükekşi, who has been at the center of criticism and called to resign due to numerous crises in the Super Lig.
Stating that Büyükekşi failed to manage the crisis during the Super Cup final in Riyadh, Külünk alleged that President Erdoğan is also uncomfortable with the Büyükekşi administration.
Speaking to the Sansürsüz Futbol channel, Külünk stated that Büyükekşi could not manage the Super Cup crisis and that a global operation was being conducted against Turkey during the match that was to be held in Riyadh.
AKP member Metin Külünk made highly discussed remarks about Turkish Football Federation President Mehmet Büyükekşi.
"IN BOTH CRISES, THE BILL WAS PASSED TO ERDOĞAN"
Pointing out that the responsibility for the weakness shown during the eventful Trabzon-Fenerbahçe match, following the Riyadh crisis, belongs to the TFF, Külünk said that in both of these crises, the bill was passed to Erdoğan.
In the continuation of his statements, Külünk claimed that an operation was being conducted against Erdoğan through the weaknesses of TFF President Büyükekşi and alleged that Erdoğan is also uncomfortable with Büyükekşi's management style.
WHAT HAD HAPPENED?
The Super Cup final, which was to be played between Fenerbahçe and Galatasaray in Riyadh, the capital of Saudi Arabia, could not be played because Saudi officials did not allow images of Atatürk, and Fenerbahçe President Ali Koç stated that they would not accept this practice and did not field the team.
The fact that the Super Cup final, organized by the TFF in Riyadh, coincided with the 100th anniversary of the founding of the Republic of Turkey had drawn great reaction.
