Minister of Justice Yılmaz Tunç stated that a criminal complaint has been filed against lawyer Buket Nurşah Tekışık and that an investigation has been launched into the prosecutor in question.
PROSECUTOR REASSIGNED
It was learned that a report was filed regarding the prosecutor and sent to the Council of Judges and Prosecutors for action, and that the prosecutor's place of duty has been changed.
Meanwhile, an investigation has also been launched against the lawyer by the Istanbul Bar Association.
It was reported that the office where the photos were taken belongs to a terrorism prosecutor working at the Istanbul Courthouse.
