According to the regulation, an annual deferral interest rate of 29 percent will be applied for those who apply and pay the first installment by August 31, 2026. It has also been made possible to restructure existing deferred debts over a longer term and at the same interest rate.

Işıkhan stated that the maximum deferral period has been increased from 36 months to 72 months, and the unsecured deferral amount has been raised to 10 million liras, adding, "We want our employers and insured individuals to benefit from the advantageous deferral and installment opportunities provided to them."

According to the information provided by the Minister, 103 thousand 852 employers and 4/b (BAĞ-KUR) insured individuals have benefited from the regulation since June 4. In this context, a total of 131 billion 251 million liras of debt has been included in the deferral and installment scope.

The work schedule of SGK units has also been expanded to prevent potential congestion due to the approaching deadline for applications. Işıkhan announced that Social Security Provincial Directorates and Social Security Centers in 81 provinces will provide uninterrupted service over the weekend of August 29-30.
