It was a sponsor of the national teams: Cable company on the stock exchange files for concordat

Alves Kablo Sanayi ve Ticaret A.Ş., one of Turkey's domestic cable manufacturers, has filed for a concordat to reorganize its financial structure and restructure its debts.

According to the company's statement to the Public Disclosure Platform (KAP), where it is traded on Borsa İstanbul, the application was made through the Ankara West 1st Civil Court of First Instance, case file number 2026/845. The company also announced to the public that it has not been continuing its commercial activities as of August 2026.

While the judicial process regarding the concordat request continues, the court's decision is seen as critical for the company's future and the path investors will follow. Alves Kablo stated that it will share significant developments that arise during the process within the framework of legislation.

SEIZURE AND STOCK EXCHANGE PROCESS

The company had previously come to the agenda with high-amount seizure orders before the concordat application. Alves Kablo had announced that a total of 1 billion 62 million liras in seizures had been applied to its assets within the scope of enforcement proceedings initiated by different individuals and institutions.

In a previous statement, it was stated that the machinery under seizure was in working condition and production was continuing uninterrupted. The company also reported that there was no demand or decision for the sale of said assets at that time, and that legal and administrative initiatives had been launched against the seizure proceedings.

Following these developments, Borsa İstanbul moved Alves Kablo shares to the Watchlist Market. Trading of the company's shares was suspended on September 9, 2026, and the shares began trading again as of September 10, 2026.

The company's financial process is being closely followed by investors on the stock exchange.

Founded in Ankara in 2014, Alves Kablo joined the official sponsors of the National Volleyball Teams with an agreement made with the Turkish Volleyball Federation in June 2026. This sponsorship, associated with the Sultans of the Net and the A National Men's Volleyball Team, made developments regarding the company's financial situation more visible.

The court's decision during the concordat process will be decisive for both the company's debt restructuring plan and its position on the stock exchange.
