Turkey is cited as having one of the world's largest vehicle inspection programs, with 34.5 million registered vehicles and approximately 16 million vehicle inspections per year. In the new era that TURKA will take over, the goal is to modernize the existing infrastructure and establish a new-generation vehicle inspection system.üç ç üüüç üööç

Under the planned investment program, it is anticipated that 249 fixed and 103 mobile vehicle inspection stations, along with 900 inspection lines, will serve across all 81 provinces of Turkey. The new operating model aims for shorter inspection times, digital services, and processes focused on customer experience. TURKA was established by the MOI Joint Venture Group, which won the international tender held in 2025.üüüçç

The consortium includes MetGün Group from Turkey, Opus Group from the U.S., Itversia Gestion from Spain, and Argentina-based VTV Norte. Combining their experience in North America, Europe, and Latin America, the partnership will take over vehicle inspection services as of August 15, 2027.üüç
