Stocks traded on Borsa Istanbul lost an average of 2.51 percent on a weekly basis, the euro/TL lost 0.36 percent, and the gram price of gold lost 1.19 percent, while the dollar/TL gained 0.15 percent.
The BIST 100 index, after seeing a low of 10,112.40 and a high of 10,610.18 points, completed the week at 10,138.97 points, losing 2.51 percent in value compared to the previous week's close.
The gram selling price of 24-karat bullion gold traded in the Grand Bazaar decreased by 1.19 percent this week to 2,401 liras, while the selling price of Republic gold fell by 1.79 percent to 15,900 liras.
The selling price of quarter gold, which was 3,975 liras last weekend, fell to 3,930 liras.
This week, the US dollar gained 0.15 percent in value to reach 32.2630 liras, while the euro fell by 0.36 percent to 34.9060 liras.
Investment funds gained 0.27 percent and individual pension funds gained 0.36 percent this week.
When viewed by category, the top-performing investment funds were "Money Market" funds with a gain of 0.97 percent.
