Striking second-round scenario in polls: He fell behind all candidates
In a survey conducted by YÖN Araştırma with 3,000 people across 51 provinces, Mansur Yavaş and Ekrem İmamoğlu appeared in the lead in a potential second round.
YÖN Araştırma shared the potential second-round results of its Presidential election survey, conducted between August 1-4. In the research, which was carried out face-to-face with 3,000 participants across 51 provinces in Turkey, two CHP figures were pitted against President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan.
In the survey, participants were asked who they would vote for if Recep Tayyip Erdoğan and Mansur Yavaş were to compete in a second round. According to the results, Mansur Yavaş received 53.4 percent support, while Erdoğan's vote share was measured at 46.6 percent.

In the other scenario evaluated in the research, Ekrem İmamoğlu and Recep Tayyip Erdoğan were pitted against each other. In this matchup, İmamoğlu's vote share was announced as 51.3 percent, while Erdoğan's vote share was 48.7 percent.
