In the Fatih neighborhood of Amasra, Bartın, a drilling excavation was carried out at 6 different points in the region under the leadership of the Amasra Museum Directorate for the planned construction of a district governor's residence.

Following the discovery of mud bricks at a depth of approximately 3 meters, a meticulous operation was conducted, leading to the discovery of 4 graves. Inside the graves, gold earrings, rings, tear vials, and oil lamps were found.

Officials from the Museum Directorate determined that the artifacts belong to the Roman period.
