The Ministry of Agriculture and Forestry announces daily the names of producers who engage in imitation, adulteration, and the production of food that endangers public health. The Ministry has released a new list. In the products of many sausage companies, "equine meat" and "offal" were detected. The sausage companies found to have engaged in imitation and adulteration in their products are as follows:
