How to make Bienenstich (German Bee Sting Cake)?

Bienenstich (German Cake) Ingredients
-4 eggs
-140 g flour
-125 g granulated sugar
-1/2 packet baking powder
-70 g sliced almonds
For the cream
-2 packets of boxed cream
-1 packet of pastry cream
Bienenstich (German Cake) Preparation
-Whisk the eggs and sugar with a mixer until foamy. Then, using a spatula, mix in the flour and baking powder without deflating the batter. Pour into a springform pan and sprinkle the sliced almonds on top.
-Bake in a preheated oven at 170 degrees for 20 minutes.
-Leave our cake to cool after taking it out of the oven.
-On the other side, whisk the 2 boxes of cream and 1 packet of pastry cream until it reaches the desired consistency.
-Cut our cake in half with the help of a knife. Pipe the cream in between using a piping bag. Place the top piece of the cake over the cream and brush with honey to make the almonds look shiny.
-Let it rest in the refrigerator overnight and then serve.
