Chief Public Prosecutor's Office denies 14 billion lira claim: 'No such application exists'

The Chief Public Prosecutor's Office issued a statement regarding the "14 billion lira" claim that appeared in some social media posts and public reports.
The statement reported that news content claiming Tera boss Emre Tezmen had applied to the prosecutor's office months ago, alleging that Erdin Özel had transferred 14 billion lira to his personal account, does not reflect the truth.
The Chief Public Prosecutor's Office announced that no application has been made to the institution regarding the aforementioned claim.
It has been understood that the news content appearing on some social media platforms and reflected in the public domain, stating that "Tera boss Emre Tezmen applied to the prosecutor's office months ago after determining that Erdin Özel had transferred 14 billion TL to his personal account," does not reflect the truth and that there is no such application to our Chief Public Prosecutor's Office.
