FETÖ allegations in Alparslan Kuytul investigation: Striking development in the file

New developments have occurred in the investigation conducted by the Adana Chief Public Prosecutor's Office into the Alparslan Kuytul group. 56 suspects, including Alparslan Kuytul and Semra Kuytul, were referred to the courthouse following their processing at the police station.
In the investigation file, the telephone contacts and areas of responsibility of certain individuals identified as being in the upper echelons of the organization were examined. According to the file, individuals who had previously undergone judicial proceedings or had records of affiliation within the scope of FETÖ/PDY were identified in the contact lists of 9 suspects who were stated to be in charge of areas such as the internet, social media, technical team, magazine, education, accounting, and general responsibility.

CONTACT NETWORK IN THE FILE EXAMINED
In the contact analysis included in the file, it was stated that a total of 24 different individuals had judicial records or affiliation markers within the scope of FETÖ/PDY. It was noted that the number of records reached 28 because some names appeared on the contact lists of multiple suspects.
The investigation indicated that Alparslan Kuytul was designated as the "founder/spiritual leader," Semra Kuytul as the "women's supervisor," İzzet Daş as the "secretary," and Erol Ardıç as the "general supervisor/second-in-command." It was alleged that the organization was structured into tiers including education, internet, social media, press and publishing, accounting, technical team, magazine, madrasa, and district responsibilities.

The file reported that 4 people in the contacts of Erol Ardıç, shown as the "general supervisor/second-in-command," 5 people in the contacts of Harun Kızılboğa, stated to be the education supervisor, and 4 people in the contacts of Hasan Kütük, recorded as the Furkan Nesli Magazine supervisor, had judicial records within the scope of FETÖ/PDY.
Furthermore, it was stated that records regarding the contacts of internet supervisor Muhammet Yasin Birer, social media supervisor Abdul Aziz Sapaz, technical team supervisor İsmail Ataş, accounting supervisor Yusuf Tapan, Ceyhan supervisor Ertuğrul Şekerci, and Kardeşler Bookstore supervisor Yusuf Eren were also included in the investigation file.
HASAN KÜTÜK CAPTURED, 5 SUSPECTS AT LARGE
It was reported that Hasan Kütük, the supervisor of Furkan Nesli Magazine, who was being sought as a fugitive, has been captured. The file also included information that Kütük had a past judicial record for the crime of "membership in an armed terrorist organization" within the scope of DAESH-Al-Qaeda.
It was learned that İsmail Ataş, Erol Ardıç, Harun Kızılboğa, Yusuf Tapan, and Yusuf Eren are currently at large. According to the file, the contact records of all 5 fugitive suspects included individuals who had undergone judicial proceedings or had affiliation records within the scope of FETÖ/PDY.
In the investigation conducted by the Adana Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, it was stated that a multi-faceted examination is being carried out regarding whether the contact records constitute organizational ties, the nature of the contacts, and the impact of these relationships on the activities of the organization.
