Actor Efe Deprem, who lost his life in a motorcycle accident, laid to rest

A funeral ceremony was held at the Üsküdar Şakirin Mosque for Efe Deprem, known for his role as 'Zafer' in the series Seksenler, who lost his life in a motorcycle accident the previous evening.

During the ceremony, Burcu Altın Deprem placed a Fenerbahçe jersey on her husband's coffin.

Following the funeral prayer held at the time of the afternoon prayer (ikindi), Deprem's body was interred in the family plot at the Namazgah Cemetery in Kısıklı.

The funeral was attended by Efe Deprem's family, relatives, fellow actors from the Seksenler series, and his loved ones.

'HE WAS THE BEST PERSON IN THE WORLD'

Efe Deprem's co-star in the film 'Mutluyuz', İbrahim Büyükak, said, "He was the best person in the world. Condolences to us all. I wish patience to those he left behind. We had last filmed a movie together."

WHO IS EFE DEPREM?

Efe Deprem was born on May 12, 1982, in Istanbul. He first appeared in front of the cameras in the television series 'Sürgün Hayatlar', which was broadcast on TRT.

Starting his stage career with the Kenter Theater, Efe Deprem also undertook the founding of 'Ardiye Tiyatro'.

The successful actor, who first took the stage on the stage he founded with the play 'Geri Dönüştürülemeyenler', also received great support from Emre Kınay during that process and appeared before the audience at Duru Tiyatro as well.

The actor, who performed for 35 weeks at Galata Perform, also took the stage at the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality's 'Genç Günleri' festival.

The actor, who married Burcu Altın, had Haldun Dormen and Kandemir Konduk as witnesses at his wedding.

Having worked with master names such as Haldun Dormen and Göksel Kortay, Deprem also took part in plays such as 'Kibarlık Budalası' and 'Düşük Şehir İhtimali'.

In addition to his theater acting, he also took part in productions such as Seksenler, Pulsar, Yer Gök Aşk, Gonca Karanfil, Veda, Badem Şekeri 2, and Aşk Oyunu.

Efe Deprem passed away on March 5, 2024.
