Oscar-winning actress Cate Blanchett showed her support for Palestine with the black dress she wore at the Cannes Film Festival.
World-renowned actress Cate Blanchett, known for films such as The Curious Case of Benjamin Button, The Hobbit: An Unexpected Journey, Elizabeth, Babel, and The Lord of the Rings, appeared at the 77th Cannes Film Festival held this year.
Attending the premiere of the film The Apprentice, the master actress drew attention with her elegance and made a name for herself with her message for Palestine.
Blanchett, who is among the names who signed a call for a ceasefire in Gaza, walked the red carpet in a long black dress.
While posing, the actress showed her support for Palestine with the green and white colors on the train of her dress.

Catherine Élise Blanchett (born May 14, 1969; Australia) is an Australian actress who has won two Oscars, three BAFTAs, and three Golden Globes. She is known for her roles as Queen Elizabeth I of England in the films Elizabeth and Elizabeth: The Golden Age, and as the elf queen Galadriel in Peter Jackson's The Lord of the Rings trilogy.
She also won the Academy Award for Best Supporting Actress for her role as Katharine Hepburn in Martin Scorsese's film The Aviator.
