A new addition will be made to the list of biographical films focusing on the lives of artists.
Producer Cemal Okan announced that he will bring the life of Barış Manço, who had a half-century-long artistic career, to the audience.
'WE HAVE REACHED AN AGREEMENT WITH THE FAMILY, THE SCRIPT IS BEING WRITTEN'
Okan stated, "We reached an agreement with the family 1.5 years ago. Editorial work is currently underway. The script is being written by Yiğit Güralp. We are planning to shoot the film in the summer. The director will be Ketche."
CLAIMS THAT 'CANDIDATES HAVE BEEN IDENTIFIED'
Following this announcement, the actors being considered to portray Barış Manço have emerged.
It has been claimed that in the initial stage, the names Engin Akyürek, Alp Navruz, Birkan Sokullu, and Mehmet Günsür are being focused on.
Following these claims, all eyes have turned to the statements to come from the production company and the Manço family.
