Istanbul-based operations were conducted across 6 provinces as part of an investigation in which Dilan Polat and her husband Engin Polat were arrested; the assets of 12 social media influencers, along with 2 others whose investigations are continuing in separate files, have been seized.

According to AA reports, the investigation conducted by the Anatolian Chief Public Prosecutor's Office, in which 16 out of 24 suspects have been arrested, is ongoing.

In this context, the assets of Eylül Öztürk Özkan, Feyzanur Başar, İleyda Topal, İlke Elagöz, Kadir Yiğit, Merve Nur Korkut, Muhammed Oğuz Başar, Murat Yiğit, Tolunay Topal, Yasemin Yiğit, Tuğba Demir, and Yavuz Selim Korkut have been seized.

It was also learned that the assets of social media influencer Özlem Altınok Öz and her husband Tayyar Taylan Öz, whose investigation is continuing in a separate file, have been seized.

Following these developments, Şule Kayatürk, a friend of Dilan Polat known on social media as Sulemsi, drew attention with a post on her social media account.

Following the seizure of the famous influencers' assets, Kayatürk commented, "I don't know what the weather is like over there, but it's lovely here."

This post by Kayatürk, who is known to be a close friend of Dilan Polat—who is being tried while in custody for money laundering, tax evasion, and illegal betting crimes—became a trending topic on social media.
