Following the allegation that Dr. Ender Saraç sexually abused his son Mikail Saraç, the lawyer for the mother Benan Saraç, Yücel Önder, made statements regarding the reports reflected in the public eye during a program he attended.

Speaking to Haberler.com, Önder claimed, "Benan Saraç learned that Ender Saraç was gay in 2018. Mr. Ender begged my client for forgiveness. My client tried to continue the marriage so that her children would not grow up without a father."

Saraç said, "One should not be too hasty. I have submitted to the prosecutor's office, along with my lawyer Altın Mimir, that all these allegations are baseless and evidence-free. If these were true, the footage would have been released."
