Famous Yeşilçam star Sevda Ferdağ has passed away
Sevda Ferdağ, who left a lasting impression with the 1976 film Kapıcılar Kralı, passed away this morning at her home in Cihangir.
Sevda Ferdağ, who appeared in over 150 motion pictures during her acting career spanning more than 50 years, has passed away at the age of 81.
The veteran actress last appeared in the television series 'Ömre Bedel' in 2009.
Details regarding Ferdağ's funeral ceremony have not yet been announced.
WHO IS SEVDA FERDAĞ?
After the failure of her first film in 1958, Ferdağ moved to Germany, but returned to Turkey at her sister's insistence to pursue a career in cinema once again.
