Funeral details for actor Efe Deprem have been announced

Actor Efe Deprem, who had a daughter with Burcu Altın, whom he married in 2019, has lost his life as a result of a motorcycle accident in Istanbul.

The motorcycle driven by Efe Deprem, the license plate of which has not yet been identified, overturned yesterday evening on the D-100 highway near Mecidiyeköy. Deprem, who fell from the motorcycle in the accident, was seriously injured.

Upon notification, police and medical teams were dispatched to the scene of the accident. Despite all interventions at the hospital where he was taken, Deprem could not be saved.

FUNERAL PROGRAM ANNOUNCED

The funeral arrangements for Efe Deprem, whose sudden death has left his family and loved ones in mourning, have been finalized.

Deprem, who left us at the age of only 42, will be laid to rest today at the Ümraniye Kısıklı Namazgah Cemetery following the funeral prayer held at the Şakirin Mosque after the afternoon prayer (ikindi namazı).

WHO IS EFE DEPREM?

Efe Deprem was born on May 12, 1982, in Istanbul. He first appeared in front of the cameras in the television series titled 'Sürgün Hayatlar' broadcast on TRT.

Starting his stage career with the Kenter Theater, Efe Deprem also undertook the founding of the 'Ardiye Tiyatro'.

The successful actor, who first took the stage on the stage he founded with the play titled 'Geri Dönüştürülemeyenler', also received great support from Emre Kınay during that process and appeared before the audience at Duru Tiyatro.

The actor, who performed for 35 weeks at Galata Perform, also took the stage at the Istanbul Metropolitan Municipality's festival called 'Genç Günleri'.

The actor, who married Burcu Altın, had Haldun Dormen and Kandemir Konduk as witnesses at his wedding.

Having worked with master names such as Haldun Dormen and Göksel Kortay, Deprem also took part in plays such as 'Kibarlık Budalası' and 'Düşük Şehir İhtimali'.

In addition to his theater acting, he also played roles in productions such as 'Seksenler', 'Pulsar', 'Yer Gök Aşk', 'Gonca Karanfik', 'Veda', 'Badem Şekeri 2', and 'Aşk Oyunu'.

Efe Deprem passed away on March 5, 2024.
