Metin Arolat's autopsy report revealed! Cause of death determined

Singer and director Metin Arolat collapsed after falling ill at a venue where he was performing in Kozyatağı, Istanbul, on September 20, 2024.

The famous figure was rushed to the hospital after initial intervention but passed away at the age of 52 despite all efforts.

Following Arolat's passing, it was alleged that he had received an energy-boosting IV drip under the guise of home healthcare, and that this supplement might have triggered a heart attack.

LAID TO REST IN IZMIR

A funeral ceremony was first held for Metin Arolat at Teşvikiye Mosque. The famous figure was laid to rest at Örnekköy Cemetery in Izmir.

The autopsy report of Metin Arolat, whose sudden passing left all his loved ones in mourning, was revealed months after his death.

According to the report by Sabah, ethyl alcohol and drugs were detected in blood samples taken from Metin Arolat in the autopsy report. The report recorded the cause of death as a heart attack.

WHO IS METIN AROLAT?

Born on May 28, 1972, in Izmir, Metin Arolat was a 23rd-generation descendant of Rumi. Arolat, who graduated from the Department of Business Administration at the Faculty of Economics and Administrative Sciences of Dokuz Eylül University in Izmir, moved to Istanbul after graduation. Starting work at an advertising agency, Metin Arolat later went to America to receive training in advertising.

Entering the music market in 1995 with the album titled "Ayrılık Olmaz," Metin Arolat pursued both his directing and singing careers simultaneously. Arolat, who produced albums and singles such as "Ayrılık Olmaz," "Yine Bir Başıma," "Kabul Et," "Lütfen Yaz Gelsin," "Çok Daha Ötesi," and "Karavan," directed commercials for many brands.

Throughout his music career, he became one of the beloved names in pop music, drawing attention with his unique style and energetic stage performances.
