Veteran actor Müjdat Gezen had claimed that 'Kızılcık Şerbeti', one of the most-watched series of the week, would be coming to an end.

Gezen stated, "A group of friends working on Kızılcık Şerbeti have started saying, 'I wish the series would end in June and not continue next season'."

A response to this claim came from one of the show's lead actors, Doğukan Güngör.
