It had become operational 2 years ago: Dilimli Dam in Hakkari's Yüksekova has frozen
Due to the heavy snowfall and cold weather that have been effective for days in the Yüksekova district of Hakkari, the Dilimli Dam has partially frozen.
In Hakkari, the freezing cold that has prevailed following the effective snowfall has brought life to a standstill.
The surface of the Dilimli Dam on the Yüksekova-Esendere highway has frozen due to the intense cold.
The freezing of the Dilimli Dam has also created beautiful scenes. Citizens do not neglect to take photos of the frozen state of the Dilimli Dam, which became operational 2 years ago.
Stating that he came to the region to take photos, İslam Geçirgen said, “Yüksekova is experiencing a major winter season, and the weather has been incredibly cold for a week. With the cooling of the weather, the Dilimli Dam is partially frozen. We also took photos against that beautiful scenery so as not to miss those moments.”
