Sci-fi series Black Mirror is returning

The cult sci-fi series Black Mirror is preparing to return to screens with a new season. It has been learned that the main theme of the new season will not be the dangers of technology and that the series will undergo a renewal in the topics it covers, with the new season set to air in 2025.

The anthology series consisting of standalone episodes, Black Mirror, returned earlier this year after a four-year hiatus and broke viewership records on Netflix with its 6th season.

It entered the Top 10 in 92 countries and remained on Netflix's global Top 10 list of most-watched English-language series for 4 weeks.

According to reports from Beyazperde, a cast for the new season has not yet been confirmed, but the last two seasons featured names such as Josh Hartnett, Salma Hayek, Anthony Mackie, Yahya Abdul-Mateen II, Aaron Paul, and Miley Cyrus.

Furthermore, it is not yet known how many episodes the seventh season will consist of.
