The assets of social media influencer Nez Demir, a former partner of Dilan and Engin Polat—the couple arrested following allegations of money laundering and tax evasion—were seized last month.

Nez Demir, who has been out of the public eye for some time, has made new statements regarding the investigation process.

'MY COMPANIES ARE CLEAN'

Demir stated, "There is no money laundering, gambling, or mail order on my record. Nothing will come out of my investigation. My companies are clean."

WHO IS NEZ DEMİR?

Born in 1987 in the Gebze district of Kocaeli, Nez Demir is of Rize descent on her father's side. After graduating from the Marketing Department at Afyon Kocatepe University, she continued her education in the Business Administration Department. Nez Demir is an actress and social media influencer.

Having worked at a private bank for a period and played volleyball for 8 years, Nez Demir became known for sharing videos on Instagram. Receiving advertising offers from famous brands, Demir stepped into acting in 2018. She appeared in the film titled Facia Üçlü and later appeared in the films O İş Bende and Malazgirt 1071 in 2019.
