According to 2025 data, the district with the highest number of recorded divorces was the Çankaya district of Ankara. Keçiören, also from the capital, took the second spot on the list.
Ankara was represented by a total of 6 districts among the top 30. In addition to Çankaya and Keçiören, Yenimahalle ranked 9th, Mamak 10th, Etimesgut 19th, and Sincan 25th.
Istanbul was the province with the most districts in the top 30. While 10 districts from the city made the list, Istanbul's highest-ranking district was Kadıköy in 4th place. Kadıköy was followed by Esenyurt in 6th, Maltepe 12th, Küçükçekmece 13th, Pendik 17th, Ümraniye 18th, Üsküdar 20th, Kartal 23rd, Bahçelievler 27th, and Ataşehir 29th.
Five districts from İzmir also entered the top 30. Konak ranked 11th, Buca 14th, Karabağlar 15th, Karşıyaka 16th, and Bornova 24th.
At the top of the list, Antalya's Muratpaşa district was 3rd, Adana's Seyhan district was 5th, and Bursa's Osmangazi district was 7th. Kepez from Antalya entered the list in 8th place, while Nilüfer from Bursa was 22nd and Yıldırım was 30th. Şahinbey from Gaziantep ranked 21st, Selçuklu from Konya 26th, and Odunpazarı from Eskişehir 28th.
It was emphasized that the ranking was prepared based on the total number of divorces. Therefore, it was noted that the number of divorces may naturally be higher in more populous districts, and that divorce rates calculated according to population should also be taken into account in comparisons.
