Accident at pedestrian crossing in Manavgat, Antalya caught on camera: Person hit by motorcycle critically injured

In the Manavgat district of Antalya, Halil K., who was attempting to cross the street at a pedestrian crossing, was critically injured after being struck by a motorcycle.

The accident occurred on the night of September 26 at approximately 23:10. According to the information obtained, the motorcycle driven by Osman Z., which was traveling from the direction of the Yellow Bridge (Sarı Köprü) toward the İmam Hatip High School, struck Halil K. at the pedestrian crossing.

Medical teams were dispatched to the scene upon notification by bystanders for Halil K., who was reported to have been dragged for several meters due to the impact. The injured individual received initial treatment and was transported to the hospital.

It was learned that Halil K., who has been admitted to the intensive care unit, remains in life-threatening condition. While it was stated that the moment of the accident was recorded by a nearby security camera, an investigation into the incident has been launched.
