Crane operator dies after being electrocuted in Aksaray
Metehan Temel, a father of two, could not be saved after being electrocuted when the boom of his crane touched power lines in the Eskil district.
In an accident that occurred during work in the Eskil district of Aksaray, crane operator Metehan Temel lost his life.
The incident took place around 10:00 AM in the Köşk Plateau of the Hürriyet neighborhood. According to the information obtained, the boom of the crane with license plate 51 ABK 378, operated by 26-year-old Temel, came into contact with power lines.
Following the contact, Temel was electrocuted, and gendarmerie and medical teams were dispatched to the area upon notification. After the initial intervention by medical teams, Temel was taken to Sultanhanı State Hospital, where he could not be saved despite all interventions.
An investigation has been launched into the death of Metehan Temel, who was reported to be a father of two children.
