Non-commissioned officer critically injured in Nevşehir accident passes away
A non-commissioned officer who was critically injured in a traffic accident in the Kozaklı district of Nevşehir has died in the hospital. An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
In the accident that occurred on Hoca Ahmet Yesevi Street in the Kozaklı district, a car driven by M.T. collided with a motorcycle ridden by Berat Karabodur while changing lanes. The impact caused the car to overturn, while the motorcycle rider and his wife, B.K., were thrown onto the road.
Upon notification by citizens who witnessed the accident, medical and police teams were dispatched to the scene. The critically injured motorcycle rider Berat Karabodur, his wife B.K., and the car driver M.T. were taken to Nevşehir State Hospital following initial intervention.
Unfortunately, motorcycle rider Berat Karabodur could not be saved despite all medical interventions at the hospital. It was learned that Karabodur was a non-commissioned officer serving at the Kozaklı District Gendarmerie Command. The investigation into the accident is continuing.
