Münevver's life

The character Münevver, played by İlayda Alişan, is a young, conservative woman who wears a headscarf. She lives in a small town. Her family's financial situation is poor. She has a very sick mother. She lives in the same house with her mother and siblings.

When a suitor appears, she agrees to get married. She does not want this marriage herself. The groom-to-be is well-off. When he says, "I will also take care of your mother," Münevver consents to the marriage.

The wedding ceremony takes place. On the night of the henna ceremony, her mother passes away. The groom has his mind on the wedding night, while Münevver's mind is on her mother, whom she has just buried, and her younger sibling. When the groom tries to force himself on her, she runs away from the house.

Kenan's life

Alp Navruz plays Kenan, the other lead character of the series Piyasa. Kenan is an actor at the peak of his fame and career. He has a large fan base, producers are chasing him, and he is a favorite among women...

However, his private life is not very good. He does not take care of himself, has a drinking problem, and is always late to sets.

The key figure: Ahsen

Münevver's mother, Safiye, married very young and gave birth to her children. Ahsen, on the other hand, studied and became a journalist. These two characters were good friends as children but took different paths and lived different lives.

Ahsen receives the news of Safiye's death while preparing to go to the wedding of Safiye's daughter, Münevver.

Afterward, Münevver manages to get in touch with Ahsen. Learning about Münevver's situation, Ahsen ensures the young girl comes to Istanbul. Ahsen takes her childhood friend's daughter, Münevver, under her wing and brings her into her home.

The groom beats Münevver's sibling

Münevver arrives in Istanbul, but her husband is very angry about this situation. He kidnaps Münevver's younger sibling and tries to get information out of them, but fails. Upon this, he begins to beat the young child.

He makes a video call to Münevver and says, "Either you come back immediately, or your sibling will suffer more harm." Following this incident, Münevver wants to leave the house and return to her town.

Ahsen's sister sees Münevver waiting for a minibus at a stop and picks her up in her car. Ahsen's sister is also an actress and is set to star in the same series as Kenan.

Münevver does not tell anyone what has happened. Ahsen and her sister think Münevver is returning to the town of her own volition.

They make a plan: Ahsen's sister, who has to make it to the set, will take Münevver to the set. Münevver will wait there. Ahsen will then see Münevver off later. Thus, the two arrive at the set.

Münevver and Kenan meet

On the other side, Kenan arrives at the set drunk. He is not fully in his right mind. He looks at the script. It is only a short scene to be filmed anyway.

Münevver is also on the set. She is standing right in the middle of the location where the shoot will take place.

The actress who is supposed to accompany Kenan is also a character who wears a headscarf.

Kenan comes out of his trailer. He hugs and kisses Münevver, who is standing in the middle of the set, from behind.

When they lock eyes, both are shocked. The person Kenan thought was his co-star turns out to be someone else. Münevver, on the other hand, is in shock at being kissed by a man she does not know.

This confusion becomes the first encounter between Münevver and Kenan.
