A first in years: November 10 decision from the Presidency

On November 10, the 86th anniversary of the passing of Mustafa Kemal Atatürk, the founder of the Republic of Turkey, the Presidential Cabinet will meet at the Çankaya Mansion.

ERDOĞAN GAVE THE INSTRUCTION

According to the report on Halk Tv, it was learned that upon the instruction of President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan, the cabinet meeting will be held at Çankaya on Sunday in honor of Atatürk.

FIRST TIME SINCE THE PRIME MINISTRY WAS ABOLISHED

With this decision, the Cabinet chaired by Erdoğan will meet at Çankaya for the first time since the office of the Prime Ministry was abolished. The Çankaya Mansion, which was transferred to the Prime Ministry office upon the opening of the Presidential Complex, last hosted the Council of Ministers in 2015.

Erdoğan last announced the new cabinet members at a press conference he held at the Çankaya Mansion on June 5, 2023.
