Anahtar Party Chairman Yavuz Ağıraloğlu comments on the Central Referee Board (MHK) investigation: Turkey's problem is management
Anahtar Party Chairman Yavuz Ağıraloğlu evaluated the arrest of five people in the Central Referee Board (MHK) investigation through the lens of merit and justice.
Anahtar Party Chairman Yavuz Ağıraloğlu made a statement on his social media account regarding the investigation into the Central Referee Board (MHK). Evaluating the arrest of five people within the scope of the investigation, Ağıraloğlu argued that the process is not only related to football but presents a broader picture of the management approach in the country.
Ağıraloğlu drew attention to allegations that merit is pushed into the background in referee assignments and that individuals are classified based on notes and lists. In his statement, he used the expressions, "A system where loyalty replaces merit, favors replace rights, and arbitrariness replaces rules will eventually corrupt every institution."

In his post, Ağıraloğlu criticized favoritism with the words, "A referee according to the person... A squad according to the person... A position according to the person... Justice according to the person..." Stating that similar problems are seen in different institutions, Ağıraloğlu expressed that this situation is reflected even on the football pitch.
Stating that if the state favors those close to it and eliminates those who are distant, the citizen's sense of justice will be damaged, Ağıraloğlu said, "When the scales of justice do not weigh everyone equally, there is no trust left on the pitch or on the street."
Ağıraloğlu continued his statement with the words, "Turkey's problem is not fate. Turkey's problem is management." Stating that a system must be established where merit is the basis, favoritism is considered shameful, and those who deserve it do not have to be indebted to anyone, Ağıraloğlu said, "This is how football will improve, this is how the state will strengthen, and this is how the nation's trust in justice will be restored."
